The North Bend Film Festival has announced the lineup for its upcoming 2021 hybrid edition, and it includes a 20th-anniversary celebration of Donnie Darko with director Richard Kelly on hand to talk about the film. All in-person screenings will be held in strict accordance with state and federal guidelines regarding safety through the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and if you’re still uneasy about in-person events, that’s perfectly understandable.
