Having used and abused the Mystery Ranch Dragonslayer for a number of years now, I was excited to test out the Terraframe 50

This is the smallest of the packs that fit on the Terraframe chassis which also comes in a 65L and 80L. For most of my hunting the 50L is probably overkill (PTP) as I generally only day hunt and sleep at the vehicle. However, the Terraframe outperforms the other day packs I’ve used because of the external frame and a meat shelf/load sling (OVERLOAD®) between the frame and the pack. At least it was until a recent trip to Moab. This month, I managed to...

AKG N700NC review: Noise cancelling king

AKG supplies the earbuds for the Samsung Galaxy S10 line, but it also has bigger products like the noise-cancelling AKG N700NC. When it comes to raw performance, the AKG N700NC reign as king of the hill. The headset made it into our Reader’s Choice list and is competitively priced, so let’s see how it squares up against the likes of Sony and Bose. Read the in-depth review at SoundGuys. What is the AKG N700NC like? Tactile buttons are easy to operate but cause the headphones to creak when pressed. Based on design alone, this is clearly intended to be a...
