GiftGuides

s. I’ve incorporated a wide variety of price points from all my go-to retailers, but definitely keep in mind that the vast majority of these items can also be purchased with a promo code over the coming weeks. Of the fifty gift ideas below, eighteen are under $50, thirty-two are under $100, and fifteen come from small and/or Black-owned businesses. Whether you’re shopping for your mom, wife, sister, grandmother, mother-in-law, or BFF — or putting together a little wishlist for yourself — I hope you find a few fun ideas!

P.S. I’ll be back tomorrow with a similar round-up of gift ideas for the men in your life!

Halogen cashmere crewneck sweater, $98

You can’t go wrong gifting cashmere, especially when it’s under $100! I have this affordable cashmere sweater in the camel and the gray and highly recommend. And there are tons more colors in this equally affordable style from J.Crew!

J.Crew vintage pajama set, $98

Every woman should own at least one set of these classic pajamas. I have the hydrangea blue and white but the other two colors are definitely on my list!

J.Crew lodge moccasins, $59.50

My favorite slippers ever and a gift your recipient will open and slip on right away!

Mark & Graham monogrammed faux fur pom pom hat, $39

Cozy and cute as can be. I have this with a navy monogram but I love the light blue!

Etsy monogrammed Greek key notepad, $16

I love both giving and receiving personalized paper goods as gifts. This Greek key notepad is as pretty as it is practical!

Pottery Barn faux sheepskin throw blanket, $119

A staple in the Horan household for many years and a forever favorite on Christmas morning. Trust me, this one is a home run!

Estelle colored wine glasses, $175 for six

Hand-blown glassware in the most striking colors. You can choose a matching or rainbow set, with or without stems. An amazing gift for anyone who loves to entertain!

Lululemon Align leggings, $98

The best workout leggings ever made, zero contest. Truly every girl in my life would be thrilled to open a pair of these on Christmas morning!

Amazon scalloped yoga mat, $79

An adorable mat for any kind of at-home workout. I have the hot pink but I love this lighter version too!

More Beautiful by Mark D. Sikes, $38

Who doesn’t love a gorgeous coffee table book? This one contains major decorating inspiration for all this extra time at home.

Ralph Lauren cable-knit cashmere sweater, $398

My all-time favorite sweaters — I would wear one every day if I could! A splurge-worthy gift for anyone who appreciates classic style.

Pottery Barn picture frame, $29.50

Everyone loves a new framed photo, especially a new parent or grandparent! I love the lines of this silver frame that we have a few of throughout our house.

Serena & Lily embroidered pillow cover, $118

The most versatile throw pillows we own — I’m constantly moving them from room to room because they look great everywhere!

Lo Home monogrammed tray, $35

I love these gold-rimmed trays from a new-to-me small business. There are so many pretty colors to choose from — I’m personally drawn to all the blues but you can’t go wrong with white and gold!

J.Crew cocoon coat, $365

A truly timeless wardrobe investment that you can often catch on major sale. I have this versatile sandstone color but I love the new heather twilight! This J.Crew Factory version offers a similar look for less.

Williams-Sonoma Home mini ginger jar ornaments, $75 for six

A great gift for anyone who loves blue and white. I have been eyeing these for years and should really just order them already!

Untamed by Glennon Doyle, $16

A powerful read for women of all ages — I was particularly moved by her observations on motherhood. Cannot recommend this more highly!

Hunter rain boots, $150

A practical gift that’s still totally timeless — I’ve worn mine for close to ten years now and they still look good as new!

Tuckernuck monogrammed waffle cosmetic bag, $28

I love anything with a waffle knit and this monogram font is to die for!

Chappywrap herringbone blanket, $135

Chappywrap blankets are as pretty as they are cozy — we have several prints around our house and love using them as beach blankets or portable playmats for Teddy.

Rebecca Minkoff puff sleeve sweatshirt, $88

I’ve been living in this sweet sweatshirt since March (usually with the aforementioned Lululemon leggings) and it makes me feel a little more pulled together than an old college sweatshirt.

Pottery Barn monogrammed bath towels, $29.50

I get a ton of questions about the monogrammed towels in our bathroom and they’re this simple set from Pottery Barn with a large diamond monogram!

Amazon beach cruiser, $185

How cute is this bike, especially for the price?! Will gave me a bicycle for our first Valentine’s Day together years ago and it’s still one of the best gifts I’ve ever received — and maybe even more so as a way to get some fresh air during a pandemic!

Mark & Graham monogrammed glass vase, $49

A gorgeous gift for anyone on your list, but I think it’d be especially fitting for a bride-to-be with her future married initial. Brides and grooms have been put through the ringer this year and I love the idea of a thoughtful little something for their future home.

The Tiny Tassel gold bangles, $125 for nine

People rave about these weightless gold bangles that don’t make noise (!) and are safe to wear in the water or through airport security. And this site has a ton of affordable jewelry and clothing for anyone who loves color!

Nantucket Print Shop framed print, $225

Slightly biased as this is the print shop I run with my brother Camden, but I’m smitten with this aerial view of Nantucket harbor that we snapped this summer. You can see it hanging in our family room here!

Etsy monogrammed topiary notepad, $20

I love this classic blue monogram almost as much as I love the watercolor topiaries. Both my mom and mother-in-law would love making their to do lists on this every day!

The Koop penthouse candle, $25

One of my favorite discoveries as part of an effort to shop more Black-owned businesses this year, this penthouse scent features white tea, linen, ozone, lemon, and lily of the valley. They sell out quickly but restock often!

Lo Home match striker, $23

This super chic match striker would be gorgeous on any coffee table. Gift it with the above candle and support two small businesses at once!

Ralph Lauren knit oxford shirt, $98.50

I get asked about these every time I wear one — they have the look of a classic oxford shirt but made in the same cotton pique fabric as a polo shirt. A casual, comfortable wardrobe staple appropriate for women of all ages!

Diptyque Baies candle, $68

You’d be hard-pressed to find anyone who doesn’t love this scent and I’m convinced a home can never have too many. A nice way to make the indoors as inviting as possible as we buckle up for a long winter!

L.L. Bean boat and tote, $29 + $8 monogram

An affordable gift that will see frequent use for years to come. We use the medium size for our diaper bags, the large for a beach bag, and the extra-large for weekend trips.

Amazon hair straightening brush, $38

A game-changer for curly-haired girls. I’ve been using it for two and a half years now and I fall more in love with it every time I use it. See it in action here!

Dudley-Stephens Park Slope turtleneck, $158

A comfy fleece pullover that looks surprisingly chic on everyone who wears it. Another gift that’s great for all ages!

Lindroth Design woven tray, starting at $60

I love these woven trays with leather handles — they’ll add a warm touch to any desktop, entry table, or nightstand. I just bought the round version for the coffee table in our family room!

Lake Pajamas pima robe, $126

The softest stripe bathrobe and one I reach for often just out of the shower. This would be such a thoughtful gift for a new mom!

Mark & Graham three disc initial necklace, $214

I’m not a huge jewelry wearer, but I would love this necklace with my husband and son’s initials! Would also be cute with the recipient’s monogram.

Tata Harper resurfacing mask, $65

A small luxury for the skincare-obsessed and my go-to way to achieve an instant glow.

J.Crew colorblock puffer coat, $248

I love this colorblock take on the must-have puffer coat for New England winters. This will go on sale a bunch between now and Christmas so keep your eye out for a deal!

Sperry saltwater duck bootie, $130

I am very excited about the low heel on these classic winter boots. Anything to make a utilitarian essential a little more flattering!

Mark & Graham monogrammed acrylic wine glasses, $49

Every house needs a set of stemless wine glasses! This monogrammed acrylic set would be perfect for hanging out around a pool or fire pit.

The Daily Edited monogrammed phone case, $60

One of my most asked about items! This phone case has held up for over two years and I think it would be an adorable gift for any lady on your list. I love the shadow text monograms the best!

Mark & Graham Elisabetta slouch handbag, $398

I’ve carried Mark & Graham’s bamboo handle bag for years and I love, love, love this all leather version! You can order with or without the gold embossed monogram depending on your recipient’s taste.

Etsy personalized notepad, $24

I love the idea of keeping a family notepad with a running to do list in the kitchen where everyone can see, but you can also personalize this notepad with a single name or monogram.

Jane Austen boxed set, $74 for seven

If you have a classic literature lover in your life, these cloth-bound books will be a huge hit! Each cover is a work of art.

Tory Sport chevron leggings, $128

Will’s mom gave these to me a few Christmases ago and they are so cute! Perfect for yoga or just hanging around the house.

August Morgan cocktail napkins, $45 for four

I love having these on our bar cart and have a little back stock in our house for last-minute hostess and housewarming gifts. Tons more cheeky designs here!

Revlon one-step hair dryer and hot air brush, $40

If you know someone who’s missing her weekly blowouts in the time of Covid, this hot air brush will be a huge hit. It seriously gives you a foolproof at-home blowout that I used to find impossible to do on my own!

Mark & Graham leather wallet, $99

I love upgrading an everyday essential for my mom or sister and this leather wallet is a practical but pretty choice.

Marc Fisher suede booties, $189

I love the pointed toe and stacked heel on these classic suede boots. They come in several colors but the shade above is my favorite!
